At Albion Worm Farm, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward refund process designed to make things easy. Our goal is to have 100% satisfied customers.

For perishable and natural products—including live worms, compost, and vermicompost—we offer a hassle-free refund policy that does not require the return of the product. This approach simplifies the process for our customers and allows us to manage product disposal in an environmentally responsible way. We encourage you to share the reason for your dissatisfaction, as your feedback helps us continue to improve.

Live worm orders are also covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee (see Shipping Policy for full details). Because worms are living organisms, refunds or replacements for live worms require that delivery guidelines are followed, including timely inspection and notification.

For non-perishable retail items (such as apparel or merchandise), returns may be required to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition.

If the issue with your product is something we can correct, we may also offer a replacement. Our goal is to make sure you receive a product that meets your expectations.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or request a replacement, please:

  • Contact us at kattholding@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue

For live worm orders, please also include photos and contact us promptly after delivery as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information and process your refund or replacement in a timely manner.
